How do we collect and store your information?

We collect and store your Personal Identifiable Information when you visit and/or use our site. The Personal Identifiable Information shared by you is stored to facilitate payments and provide information to the Users. Governing law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Subject to the provisions relating to arbitration herein, the Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.

Assignment

We may assign any of Our responsibilities/obligations to any other person without notice to the User, at its sole discretion. However, You shall not assign, sub – licence or otherwise transfer any of Your rights or obligations under this Privacy Policy to any other party.
