Machine + Human Vetting Process
Our Vetting process differentiates us from other providers out there. Each applicant has to go through our 4 gate filtration process which measure Communication, Technical fitment, Programming challenge and human interview. The entire process takes about 8 to 10 hours spread over several days.

We screen the resumes and score them based on our scoring scale developed over many years of experience in this field considering over 80 parameters in the process. We screen the candidates for communication and attitude in order to see if they pass the basic smoke test.
